Chapter 16: Hanging in the Balance

Luce has some choices to make.  Cam sent her an apology, telling her to meet up with him once more to make it up.  Daniel just sent a command, telling her to meet him by their place.  Which one will she choose?  She reminisces about last night’s hot kisses with Daniel.  However, when he drops her off at her room and tucks her in bed, open-eyes kissing ensues, which usually is a red flag but ended up making Luce feel all sweet inside.  In the end, she chose to meet with Cam to let him down easy. Cam doesn’t want to give up and really doesn’t want to take no for an answer.  (No wonder, he is called Chester the Molester.)  He steals a kiss in the deal and, Gabbe and Daniel save the day.  Gabbe goes to beat up Cam, while Daniel spills some of his guts to Luce.  Luce is confused about most of it but it does answer some questions for the readers.
