Bonnie and Clyde meets Simone Elkeles in this addictively heart-wrenching story of two desperate teenagers on the run from their pasts.Oh my gosh, this sounds so good! It sounds like one of those novels that you want to read but you know it is going to turn out sad so you don't really want to read it but you're going to anyway. That's how I feel about this one. It has a gorgeous cover; I love all the colors and the texture on the boy's shirt is shown through the title which I love. And what's so bad about their pasts that they are on the run from it? And is the whole world really after them or is that just them being over dramatic? I guess we will have to wait to know the answers. We have a while until January though.
They’re young. They’re in love. They’re on the run.
Zoe wants to save Will as much as Will wants to save Zoe. When Will turns eighteen, they decide to run away together. But they never expected their escape to be so fraught with danger....
When the whole world is after you, sometimes it seems like you can’t run fast enough.
Nobody But Us, told in alternating perspectives from Will and Zoe, is an unflinching novel, in turns heartbreaking and hopeful, about survival, choices, and love...and how having love doesn’t always mean that you get a happy ending. Described as “beautiful, heartbreaking, and exhilarating” by Kody Keplinger, author of The DUFF, Nobody But Us will prove irresistible to fans of Nina Lacour, Jenny Han, and Sara Zarr.--Goodreads
What are you waiting for, on this fine Wednesday?
Plus, this is the last day to enter for a chance to win Pushing the Limits by Katie McGarry so head on over HERE or press the picture in the sidebar, for a chance to win an ARC copy of the book.
